Yes. The process starts by translating the idea into a functional and technical definition: what problem it solves, for whom, and what the minimum version is that proves it.
How long does an MVP take?
It depends on the scope, but the goal is always to reach a usable version in months, not years. The MVP cut is defined so that is possible.
Can you continue a SaaS that another team already started?
Yes. We assess the state of the code and architecture and propose a plan: continue, refactor in parts, or rebuild what is not viable to maintain.
