Research and academic ties
Possition holds a framework agreement with Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos, and its technical director heads the emerging technologies laboratory at the Faculty of Science and Technology. Everything below is backed by public resolutions.
Nexia Capital S.R.L., operating as Possition, signed a Framework Agreement for Mutual Collaboration with Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos, approved by Resolution CS 147-26 on 22 May 2026. Its technical director, Santiago Raúl Díaz, heads LITEM, a laboratory created by the Faculty of Science and Technology in August 2025.
Framework agreement with UADER
On 21 April 2026, a Framework Agreement for Mutual Collaboration was signed in Paraná between Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos and Nexia Capital S.R.L. The University Council approved it unanimously on 22 May 2026 through Resolution CS 147-26. In its recitals, the university itself describes the company as an engineering firm specialised in developing artificial intelligence agents.
- Hosting interns from the Faculty of Science and Technology.
- Training activities and scientific or professional outreach.
- Technical or teaching services and joint research of common interest.
- Studies, reports, and jointly designed training projects.
- Two-year term from signing, automatically renewable.
The framework agreement carries no financial obligation for either party: specific scopes are implemented through separate specific agreements.
LITEM and Possition's technical direction
The Emerging Technologies Research Laboratory was created by Resolution CD-FCyT 364/25 on 27 August 2025, based at the Oro Verde campus. Its director is Santiago Raúl Díaz, co-founder and technical director of Possition, and its co-director is Mariela Noelia Uhrig, the Faculty's Secretary of Research and Postgraduate Studies. Joaquín Emiliano López, from the Possition team, is listed as an internal member.
- Applied research in emerging technologies.
- Technology development and prototyping.
- Training in emerging technologies and pedagogical innovation.
- Interdisciplinary advisory and technology transfer.
- Scientific outreach and technological democratisation.
- Ethics, governance, and social studies of technology.
LITEM is a research unit of UADER's Faculty of Science and Technology. It does not belong to Possition nor work for the company: the connection is that its director is also Possition's technical director.
Why this matters for a project
A team that researches and teaches the same things it implements has a concrete advantage: it knows what is proven, what is experimental, and what still doesn't work outside a lab. In a field where things barely under research get sold as solved, that distinction prevents projects that promise more than the technology can support.

Information security and computer forensics
Possition's technical director is registered with the Entre Ríos Association of Computer Science Professionals under licence number 620, and appears in the public list of computer forensic experts serving under the Superior Court of Justice, Paraná jurisdiction.
- Systems designed with traceability of every operation, auditable by a third party.
- Role-based access control and a record of who consulted what information.
- Personal data processing under Act 25.326, including the sensitive data category.
- Criteria for safeguarding digital evidence and its chain of custody.
The forensic licence belongs to the individual, not the company, and forensic practice is independent of Possition's commercial activity. What it brings to the company's work is the mindset: systems designed from the outset so the evidence holds up if someone reviews it.

AI: degradation risks in large language models
Santiago Raúl Díaz · Soberanía Digital, número 39 · ISSN 3072-8401
An analysis of the reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) cycle and of sycophancy as sources of degradation in language models. Drawing on usage data published by OpenAI, it argues that the concentration of use in low-complexity tasks creates conditions for a relative loss of capability in advanced mathematics, exact sciences, and research.
