Conversational agents: NLP analysis for determining training phrases

A case study at a business-management software provider: from 9,850 support tickets (2021-2026), using TF-IDF, cosine similarity, SVD/LSA and K-Means, the talk builds a catalog of 16 intents covering close to 70% of the corpus, as the basis for a conversational agent.

Opening of the University Technical Degree in Artificial Intelligence

Presentation of the programme to more than fifty incoming students, led by the lecturer responsible for the Artificial Intelligence and Professional Ethics course. It is the province's first university technical degree in AI and one of the few in the country.

ConerTech 2025: conversational agents on Google Cloud, the Telecom case

A talk on conversational agents built with Dialogflow on Google Cloud, using the Telecom implementation as a case study. It was part of eleven presentations by FCyT lecturers and researchers in the Silent Mode space. The edition drew over 5,000 registrations and more than 10,000 visitors.

Hakiaton Entre Ríos 2024: challenges and opportunities of AI at work
